In the event of an alarm activation, Security Presence will attend your residential or commercial premises day or night, 365 days a year as an authorised key-holder, offering total peace of mind. After carefully determining the cause of the alarm, we take the appropriate action and remain on the premises until the situation has been resolved, the property re-secured and the alarm reactivated.
Response units comprise of a uniformed SIA-licenced guard in a vehicle fitted with the latest GPS and route-planning technologies, thus minimising response times. All vehicles are tracked centrally and equipped with a variety of chains and padlocks, security signage, boarding and fire extinguishers to deal with any eventuality. If necessary, we also have an extensive network of approved contractors with whom we can quickly and efficiently arrange boarding-up, glaziers, plumbers or other services.
Security Presence offers a professional service, eliminating concerns of nominating an employee where at times they may be unreachable, on holiday, exceeding the drink-drive limit or may even pose a security risk of stock shrinkage! In the event that an alarm activation isn't nuisance tripping, there are serious legal ramifications of putting untrained personnel as lone workers at risk, as specified in the Corporate Manslaughter Act 2007 and Health and Safety at Work Act 1974.
Guards are selected from the industry’s finest and in additional to mandatory SIA licensing, are trained with Conflict Management and Physical Intervention skills. We have strategic working relationships with police and local authorities, enabling us to monitor trends and respond accordingly.
Our services also add value in a preventative sense by checking that doors are locked, windows are closed and any potential fire hazards, break in attempts, leaking pipes, biohazards and so on are reported promptly.
